1. No Refunds Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and paid for.

2. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any products unless the product is damaged upon receipt.

3. Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate the exchange process:
    • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Please send clear images of the damaged product via email to support@mysticaurascents.com.
    • Once we review and verify the damage, we will arrange for the same product to be sent to you as an exchange.

4. Exchange Process

  • After reviewing your claim, we will ship the replacement product within 7-14 working days.
  • Please note that we only exchange the same product that was damaged and do not allow changes to the product or order.
